Terms & Conditions
- All Rates are inclusive of prevailing Goods & Service Tax (GST)
- Size Restriction: not to exceed 800mm x 1200mm x 1200mm, weight not to exceed 99kg. For sizes above the described measurements, please contact us for more assistance – Applicable only to Ad-Hoc Delivery as per listed price.
- Service does not apply to Dangerous Goods (DG), unpacked items, perishable products or live animals/ plants
- Service does not include Special handling (Staircase, hoisting, placement above surface over 1200mm high or maneuvering over unconventional terrains, etc.)
- Service does not include overtime: i.e.: before 0900hrs or after 1730hrs (Weekdays) and 0900hrs or after 1230hrs (Saturdays)
- Services does not include service performed on Sundays, Public Holidays or Government imposed non-working days – An overtime charge will be applicable and informed in writing upon contacting us.
- Services does not apply to area under construction or special PPE (Personnel Protective Equipment) or training required before entry (e.g.: Safety Induction Courses – SIC, or Construction Safety Orientation Course – CSOC or similar)
- Does not include delivery to restricted areas or list of areas with special charges. Please contact us for more details.
- Our Standard Trading Conditions apply to all services provided, a copy of which is available upon request.
- ASL Proworld Solution Pte Ltd reserves all rights to reject request for services if deemed unsuitable, unsafe or unable to meet requirements of clients.
